The Belgian market leader in the distribution of plumbing and heating, Van Marcke, centralised its logistics services in a new distribution centre in the transport zone "LAR-south Kortrijk".

With the construction of its new distribution centre, the company obtained the BREEAM certificate, a strict sustainability label and rating system that stands for sustainability in the broadest sense of the word, from a sustainable building concept to the use of sustainable techniques and materials, with attention for all stakeholders.
